Pole

The aluminum pole shaft will be made of a seamless, extruded tube 6063 alloy per the requirements set by ASTM B221. After being heat treated for full length and base welded to provide T6 tempering it’s ready!

Base Style

4-Bolt Cast Aluminum Base Flange of Alloy 356-T6 with Aluminum Bolt Covers (Alloy 356-F) and Stainless Steel Hex Head Attaching Screws.

Handhole

The pole shaft will be constructed of high quality aluminum, per your specifications. The 6063-series is designed to meet the requirements for both strength and corrosion resistance in marine environments; it’s not only lightweight but also durable! It’s important that this part has been fully treated after being welded at its base so you can enjoy years without worry about rust ruining any aspect on our project–especially if there are saltwater rivers nearby (which sometimes happens). And don’t forget all those safety features too: 7″+ Butt Diameters + Reinforced Frame containing a tapped 3/8″ Grounding Provisions

Anchorage

This pole shaft will be constructed of seamless extruded tube-like material per the requirements set by ASTM B221. The resulting product is full length heat treated after base weld to produce a T6 temper, 7 inch+ butt diameter -reinforced with 4×6 cast aluminum frame (alloy356) which holds two screw heads at each end for attachment onto doors or other objects you want fastened securely in place!

Vibration Damper

We will install a vibration damper if needed. You can also request for it to be installed by us at the factory, just let me know what you want!

Frequently Asked Questions

LEDs can be programmed to create dynamic lighting effects that enhance the game-day experience for everyone involved and can provide superior lighting for playing fields and arenas, improving visibility for athletes and spectators alike.

One of the biggest benefits of commercial LED lighting is the decrease in energy costs. Traditional incandescent and metal-halide lights can use up to four times as much energy as commercial LED lights. This decrease in energy consumption not only saves money, but also helps reduce your facility’s carbon footprint.

Commercial LED lights also last much longer than traditional lighting options. While incandescent bulbs typically only last around 1,000 hours, commercial LED lights can last up to 100,000 hours. This not only reduces maintenance and replacement costs, but also reduces the amount of time your facility needs to be dark while lights are being replaced.

Another key benefit of commercial LED lighting is increased safety. Because commercial LED lights produce ve ry little heat, there is less risk of fire hazards. Additionally, commercial LED lights can be designed with specific light patterns that can help improve visibility for athletes and spectators alike. This improved visibility can help prevent accidents and injuries on the playing field or in the stands.
