Welding quality carbon steel tubing for your pole shaft needs. We offer 11g and 7 gauge cold rolled grades that are ASTM A500 Grade B to make sure they meet all those tough requirements! Our welds also comply with AWS D1.1 using ER70S-6 electrodes so you can be confident in the end result no matter what type of power tool is being used on site

Base Style

The 4-bolt steel plate base flange of fabricated hot rolled carbon steel conforming to ASTM A36 or equivalent (36 ksi minimum yield) with 2 piece base cover and attaching hardware. The surface will be treated before coating in order for it not rust easily, while also providing protection against corrosion when installed outdoors like on decking surfaces where they are often used together alongside other fasteners such as screws which come into contact at different angles throughout their lifespan due both seasonal changes plus environmental factors like salt water intrusion etc

Base Cover

ABS plastic base covers are the norm for all SSS poles specified in black, bronze or white. Metal versions of these colors can also be purchased to make them more durable against weathering by sea salt air etcetera.

Handhole

This ground breaking appliance will be an excellent addition to your home. Anchorage

Anchorage Kit includes four L-shaped steel anchor bolts, which conform to AASHTO M314-90 Grade 55 and ten inches (10″) of threaded end is galvanized per ASTM A153. Kits contain eight hex nuts in total; four lock washers for securing the anchors securely into place while also preventing them from being removed without proper identification or expertise puzzle solving skills – these are designed especially so that they can withstand up till 150 pounds! There’s even space on some kits where you could add another set if desired making things more complicated than before but still easy enough once everything has been installed correctly

Vibration Damper

We will install a vibration damper if needed. You can also request for it to be installed by us at the factory, just let me know what you want!

National LED’s Powder Coat Finish Warranty on steel poles is one (1) year. This coating material will be applied thermally and cured with an electrostatic process, giving it durability that lasts for years without sacrificing aesthetics!
